What is it about?
Hair loss in women is a common ageing-related condition. Hair regrowth products typically have limited effectiveness and often women with a range of side effects. We have shown in this clinical trial, that for the first time, a beautiful healthy head of hair can be safely restored in women using the natural compound, ALRV5XR.

Why is it important?
Hair follicles are mini-organs that are used as a research model to study the regeneration of other cells, tissues and organs in the human body. Successfully regenerating and sustaining normal hair growth has broad implications in repairing and maintaining healthy, normal functioning body systems. Ultimately, it is important for improving a person's healthspan and longevity.
Perspectives
Hair is an intrinsic part of a person's identity, sense of health, social status and attractiveness. Giving people back their identity and confidence is very gratifying. However, I am mostly pleased to be part of this journey with my co-authors and sponsors, who are working on saving, restoring and prolonging healthy productive lives.
