Why is it important?
Pharmacy educators can influence the mindsets of their learners both intentionally and unintentionally. With more attention to mindsets, educators teach learners about mindsets and help to enhance the learner's experience.
Perspectives
This commentary is the result of a wonderful collaboration and long-time friendship. As my co-author and I worked on this project, we often laughed as we had to recognized in each other of times when we were facing challenges with a fixed-mindset. This project has truly changed my outlook on education and my life as I work everyday to remember to embrace a growth mindset.
