What is it about?

Copper-infiltrated-tungsten (W-Cu) is an important temperature-resistant material currently being considered for future energy and transport technologies. The prediction of W-Cu properties is difficult to determine (experimentally) due to the density of the Tungsten portion of W-Cu. This paper presents a computational method to predict the properties of W-Cu, which was found to nearly match the experimental results.
