What is it about?

Our previous work identified Ser165 in alpha-tubulin as a target of PKCalpha in human breast cells. In this paper we show that Ser165 in alpha-tubulin is a "switch" that controls proliferation vs. motility and EMT phenotypes of human breast cells.
