What is it about?
Rosenbrock--Wanner methods are linear-implicit time integrators, which means, that only linear systems have to be solved. Therefore this class of methods can be applied on fluid and structural problems, but one-step methods have often order reduction. In this paper new ROW are developed which has no order reduction.

Why is it important?
In the case of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations the order of the pressure component reduces to 1 or 2. With the new methods order 3 is possible.
