What is it about?

the aim of the research was to show how a change in land use (from pasture land to recreational use) influences the structure of a dung beetle assemblage and affects its conservation. We found that a change in food resources brought to a strong decrease in species diversity which could not be explained by area size and habitat heterogeneity.
