In this field, reproducible and comparable results between labs are sparse, due to a variety of used methods. The manuscript is a guideline for more coherent tes setups and shows some common mistakes done when performing such analyses.

Perspectives

This should be especially useful for newcomers in the field, as there are several caveats in degradation analysis. Also the methods can be used for other degradable materials.
