What is it about?

Barramundi can tolerate a range of different alternative oils in their diet. This study investigates the effect of blending fish oil with poultry oil on the growth performance and marginal efficiencies of LC-PUFA utilisation. Also, this study defines the effect on the fillet fatty acid composition with regard to final product quality.
