What is it about?
Conjunctiva from the same eye of the patient is used to cover the raw surface in one group of patients and mitomycin-C is used in another group of patients on the raw surface left after pterygium removal. When compared to conjunctival autografting that was safe with low regrowth rate, there were some drug induced complications apart from its recurrence prevention ability
