What is it about?
The FIA method with conductometric detection was developed for determination of total Kjedahl nitrogen, which is related to proteins content in food. The gas diffusion unit was employed for the separation of ammonia gas from the donor stream, leading to the high selectivity of the method. The method is fast and high throughput analysis.
