What is it about?
There is almost no publication in the literature that invetigate the combinatorial effect of cyclodetxrin and nanofiber interaction on enzyme activity. Also, there is almost no publication that analyze the inclusion complex formation of enzymes with cyclodextrin. In this study, we analyzed the mentioned issues.

Why is it important?
This study reveal that enzyme activity and performance can be monitored while immobilizing the enzyme by means of some techniques use. Our main findings can be summarized as following; 1) Improved enzyme activity and increased enzyme stability by CD use was detected. 2) Non inclusion complex formation was detected
Perspectives
It is important to immobilize enzymes with the min losses. In order to find a way for immobilizing enzymes, by looking literature, there is still need for further studies. In this study, we try to understand the synergistic effect of nanofiber use and cyclodextrin interaction on the enzyme activity.
