Tropical forest fragments are worth preserving.

What is it about?

This is a brief reply to a comment on our article on the value of tropical forest fragments, published a few months earlier. The author of the comment was concerned that conserving fragments would distract from the need to save the last large remaining tracts of forests. We argue that you can and should do both.
