Humidity sensor with selected buffer layer using polymer material.

What is it about?

The humidity sensor in this research is different from others. Polymer buffer layer is embedded in this humidity sensor to enhance the sensing functions. The adsorption, desorption, and sensitivity of this humidity sensor have been significantly improved as polymer buffer layer is layered into this humidity sensor.

Why is it important?

Polymer buffer layer is novel in the improvement of sensing functions for humidity sensor. It is easy to fabricate. It is also easy to work. And, its production cost is very low.
