What is it about?
The identified abundant putative AREs will define the Keap1-Nrf2-ARE network and elucidate the precise regulation of Nrf2-ARE pathway in not only diseases but also in embryonic development, inflammation, and aerobic respiration.

Why is it important?
Our in silico findings suggest that TGAG/CNNNTC ARE motifs were found to be abundant than TGAG/CNNNGC ARE motifs in the antioxidant genes and in all protein coding genes of zebrafish.
Perspectives
These AREs detected here will elucidate the precise regulation of Nrf2-ARE pathway in not only the diseases but also in embryonic development, inflammation, and aerobic respiration.
