Identified new problematic demands from and increased digitalization such as stalking on social media or recording on smartphones. • The employees’ feelings of contribution, increased patient health and work group cohesion is supportive and strengthening. • Dominant control factors are inclusion in decisions, dialogue based management, clear and continuous information to employees and managers. Social based learning (SBL) and conversation methodology increase control and hence knowledge among employees.
