This study contributes theoretically by extending and integrating information from the literature on environmental factors, institutional quality, and progress in digital technology.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. In this collaborative research with respected colleagues, we benefited from the exchange of specialized knowledge and shared resources. We also developed our scientific discussion by considering different perspectives.
