Molecular taxonomy and phylogeography of three Spicara species were investigated by two mtDNA and nuclear gene (IRBP gene). This is the first study both molecular characterization and phylogeography of three Spicara species. Spicara maena and Spicara flexusa are seperated thanks to this article.
