What is it about?

Location selection for installation of wave energy converter with the help of Artificial Neural Network and Analytical Hierarchy Process,a type of Multi Criteria Decision Making method.

Why is it important?

For the first time objective methods like Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) was used in a new cascaded manner where output of AHP is used as the input of ANN. First time an indicator based method was used in location selection that also for wave energy converter.
