What is it about?

Through the kind of work they do, student nurses are exposed to more human suffering than the general population. This can cause them distress and have a negative impact on their sense of wellbeing, causing many to leave the job early in their career. We tested different types of feedback provided to nursing students to see which type improved their sense of wellbeing. One of the types of feedback was rooted in compassion, which was found to improve wellbeing more than the other types.
