What is it about?
Our work investigates the relationships between the use of sports apps (Sapps) while traveling and their influence on returning to the destination. Analyses were performed using structural equation models with data from 362 Sapp users in Malaga, Spain. The results confirm that users' commitment and competence with their Sapps are positively related to satisfaction and intensity of use of these apps at the destination and, in turn, have a positive impact on their desire to return.
