What is it about?
This study identifies the dimensions of organizational climate perceived by the hospitality employees and measures the perceptual differences among the employees about the organizational climate. Data were obtained from 504 employees across 18 luxury hotels in India. EFA, CFA and ANOVA was applied in this study.
