Why is it important?
This case fills a gap in the literature by providing instructors with a simple case that can be used to introduce data analytics to students.
Perspectives
I have used this case in the classroom for 3 1/2 years. Overall, the students enjoy the flexibility of the broad requirements set forth by the case. The case is also used in the University of Texas in Austin, Western Illinois University, Iowa State University and many others.
