Why is it important?
With the advent of self-driving cars, which are always connected to the internet. Detecting intrusions that can disable or override the car's normal functionality is becoming essential.
Perspectives
Detecting intrusion in controller area networks is an important research problem. We hope that this work can pave the way for future research on this topic.
