What is it about?

The influence of pH, temperature, and freeze-thaw cycles on the structure of several therapeutic antibodies was studied. Drastic changes of temperature and pH affected the structure to different extents for different antibodies.

Why is it important?

Therapeutic antibodies need to preserve their structure under a variety of storage and transport conditions. The studied antibodies react differently to some of these conditions.
