This paper outlines outreach activities undertaken by librarians at the University of Huddersfield, to promote library services and resources to hard-to-reach academic staff and students.

The work reported in this paper builds on data collected int he Library Impact Data Project, which established a correlation between use of the library and final degree results.

This articles outlines the roving librarian project which has been in existence at the University of Huddersfield since 2011. It describes the experience that librarians have had of roving with two select tables: the iPad and an Android table.
