What is it about?

Exercise for ageing. When I was growing into middle-age, I met injury on duty started from wrist-hand to arm-shoulder-neck-waist-spine-head developing with annoying pain, sleeplessness. It affected work and life even though consulting doctors and allied healthcare. I found that daily exercise is important to improve and control chronic pain and insomnia. During the critical moment, I did exercise three to twice time daily. I found my body, mind and spirit were improving well day by day. At last, it is effective pain control and lengthen the time of sleep at night from sleeplessness to 7 hours. I can balance my job and life by keeping daily exercise. In my personal experience, I conclude that exercise is crucial for human, not only I, as we are all facing ageing on the earth. Therefore, exercise for ageing is a way to keep body health in life and work.

Why is it important?

In my personal experience of chronic pain, I got the conclusion that exercise is important to get rid of annoying pain and management health in work and life. It seems exercise is an relevance element to treat aging body problems.

Perspectives

So, I would like to share my findings from my personal experience with public. I hope those wisers can help me to explore why exercise has this power to help me get rid of painkillers and insomnia. Also, I have great pleasure to take an opportunity to thank more coauthors involving in the research.
