World Health Organization has recommended health education, provision of portable water and mass distribution of praziquantel as measures to control schistosomiasis, despite efforts by the state government to ensure the state is endemic free of neglected tropical disease, mass distribution of praziquantel hasn’t been effective, This study dig deep into the barriers and offers recommendations on the improvements.
