What is it about?
It is quite possible that biotechnological progress will enable us to extend the human lifespan through anti-aging treatments. The possibility of such a technology, which could emerge sooner or later, raises the question of how we should use it and who should receive access to it. In this article, the author argues that we would have strong moral reasons to provide anti-aging technology to everyone because extending someone's life is morally equivalent to saving someone's life.
