Why is it important?

Chronic and acute low back pain are extremely diffuse and represent one of the most common cause for the visit to the GPs or for referral to specialists. Pharmacological therapy is not always enough, especially in chronic low back pain. There are complemental therapies and "behavioral therapy" seems very useful.

Perspectives

This publication should be read by all the GPs or the specialists that see patients with low back pain in their everyday practice.
