Why is it important?
COPD seldom is diagnosed in an early stadium, much more often is misdiagnosed as asthma. Too often COPD is treated wrongly and only with medication.
Perspectives
Do think on COPD and Asthma more often. We do need to distinguish very excellently between Asthma and COPD because the therapy is different over all the role of ICS. In Asthma ICS is a MUST, in COPD a seldom CAN.
