The clinical, neuropsychological as well as MRI and PET findings of 4 posterior cortical atrophy and 10 typical multi domain amnestic AD and 10 amnestic MCI were compared and we found these result from involvement of AD pathology at dierent sites within a common disease-relevant network of brain regions
