What is it about?

This work looks into what is necessary to guarantee good data quality in studies on cadavers. The emphasis was on the amount of bodies needed to have a representative number.

Why is it important?

A well-designed study is a must to guarantee that results make sense and are relevant to publish. To do so, a certain number of samples, in this case cadavers, need to be investigated. The number can be easily calculated in a software tool. Though, the amount of available dead bodies for these type of studies is rather limited and therefore the required number is not reached easily. However, here I tried to show what the potential effect is of a low number of cadavers on the reliability of the data

Perspectives

I was great to write something myself on this subject, since during a literature research project I found this part not well described in the papers
