Why is it important?

Because gender and social justice issues matter a great deal to systems thinkers. This work is about broadening awareness to improve practices in research, teaching and consultative work

Perspectives

FST was the precursor to work I did with UN Women. The GEMs Framework (Gender, Environments and Marginalised Voices for intersectional complexity analysis) has its foundation in FST.
