What is it about?

This article helps understand why citizens use e-participation rather than traditional involvement forums by exmaining the role of perceived advantages. Previous research shows that scholars perceive certain time, cost and transparency advantages to e-participation. Do citizens also see such advantages and does this impact tehir use of e-participation? The article brigns surveyd ata to explore this issue.
