What is it about?

ADRs reporting is an important role of prescribers in different healthcare settings. We have shown for the first time the experience of Iraqi healthcare professionals regarding the ADRs reporting during their daily practice.

Why is it important?

When ADRs reporting is perfectly practiced, it will enhance the positive outcomes of drug treatment in addition to the positive impact on the cost-effectiveness of the healthcare services. This will be effectively enhanced by providing sufficient data to the healthcare authority in this regard.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had a long-standing partnership. This article also enhances the personal experience of the co-authors in the field of clinical pharmacy and pharmacovigilance.
