What is it about?
Providing spiritual care for people with dementia is always a challenge. During the consecutive covid-lockdowns this became even harder. Spiritual care became to be seen as "non-essential" and many persons in residential care, although badly in need of spirital support, were left alone with their fears. People with dementia have been particularly neglected. This article reflects on what could have been done.

We are not sure when the next pandemic may occur. We better reflect now on how to do better next time.
