Because it is always difficult to know what happens with recent immigrants once they immigrate to another country. We tried to understand their health conditions in a state in Brazil.

It is important to understand how recent immigrants do in their new homes once they migrate to foreign lands so that we can develop a more general idea and compare their health status before and after migration.
