What is it about?

We examined health and well-being before, during and after long summer vacations (23 days) in 54 workers. Engagement in passive activities, savoring, pleasure derived from activities, relaxation, control as well as sleep quality and quantity show strong relations with improved health and well-being during and after vacation.
