What is it about?
Saudi Arabia has made a great leap forward by boosting women's rights and lifting the ban on their driving licenses. While many environmentalists raised concerns that such a ban lift might exacerbate its greenhouse gas emissions, my paper proves that the ban lift had no negative impact on the environment.
