Companies with devoted approach to CSR management encounter serious risks. It is challenging to understand those risks, not to mention the frustrations. You do your best to develop a sound CSR activities, and instead of rewards, you get backfire. This suggests that you need a well developed strategic management approach to corporate social responsibility. We propose various management tactics to develop such a CSR strategy.
