What is it about?
Myrtle rust is an invasive plant pathogen native to South and Central America. It spread around the world and arrived to Australia in 2010, where it infects the dominant plant family, Myrtaceae. We distributed a survey to botanical gardens, councils, national parks and bush regeneration groups in all states where myrtle rust is present to gather information about myrtle rust geographical distribution, host species, and impacts.
