Doctors and patients need guidance how to manage low back pain given the panoply of treatment options and the epidemiology of the problem.

Perspectives

The utility of a clinical guideline ultimately depends on the quality of the available evidence and the effectivness of the available options. Unfortunatly many options have limted effectivness, but fortunatly many people get better over time.
