What is it about?
Green infrastructure is a nature based stormwater management technique that provides a range of other sustainability benefits. However, its implementation is too slow. The paper is about how current city agencies are preventing green infrastructure implementation and recommends restructuring the city agencies so as make them conducive to green infrastructure. The paper presents a key organizational and jurisdictional urban framework that could be instrumental for urban sustainability.
