What is it about?
We present the case and Management of a 32-year old primigravida with the diagnosis of an aortic Aneurysma during pregnancy. The Patient received a bioprothesis of the aortic valve and a supracoronaric prothesis of the ascending Aorta in 19 weeks' gestation under Cardiopulmonary bypass . The Fetus was monitored closely afterwards with ultrasound. A female newborn was Born which presented adequate for her Age.
