What is it about?

This chapter in a book thus provide a model that can help ICT in education investors manage and evaluate their investment in a sustainable way.

Why is it important?

Return on ICT investment in education may not be seen in monetary value. Yet, it does not mean investors should not expect any return, this is why this chapter provides a model that will help ICT in education investors see the return on their investment in evidence-based teaching and learning outcome.

Perspectives

Having published an article on the ICT impact model that generated a lot of interest from readers, it gives us an additional impetus to put the model in context so that the intended beneficiaries and users of the model can continue to apply it in relevant contexts and show evidence of its usefulness.
