In the light of current spate of indecent behaviour with girls and women, this study reflect on the gaps and means to fill them.
Perspectives
Most studies on this issues have dictated what should be done and not done to ensure that the integrity of of girls and women is not outraged. This studies points at the socio-cultural nuances and the consequent need to impart training and instill sensitivity among boys and men to respect other sex .
