What is it about?

Fifty-two pemphigus vulgaris patients, including 29 male patients (55.8%) and 23 female patients (44.2%), were investigated in the author’s study. The average age of the patients was 46 (±13.6) years, and the average weight of the patients was 72 (±14.9) kg. The mean for desmoglein 1 and 3 across the three forms of disease did not differ significantly. Cutaneous Pemphigus Disease Area Index (PDAI) and desmoglein 1, mucosal remission and desmoglein 3, and cutaneous remission and desmoglein 1 have some significant and positive relationships.
