Full-scale automation of the diagnosis procedure is proposed based on artificial intelligence methods, since it is supposed to model the therapist's reasoning in interpreting test results, in particular, a class of clinical decision support systems was chosen.

The apparatus of fuzzy logic has been selected to increase acceptance of de-cision making by experts in medical diagnostics,due toplenty of fuzzy and ap-proximate reasoning in the process of establishing diagnosis.
Perspectives
As a result, a medical diagnostics module was designed,basedon fuzzy inference, which provides the ability to save the experience of mental illnesses diagnosing by psychiatrist, and allows to increase the consistency of experts’ decision-making in medical diagnosis.
