What is it about?

TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) is education and training which provides knowledge and skills for employment. TVET uses formal, nonformal, and informal learning. TVETis recognizedto be acrucial vehicle for social equity, inclusion, and sustainable development. Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) are usually nonprofit and sometimes international organizations independent of governments and international governmental organizations (though often funded by governments) that are active in humanitarian,educational,healthcare,publicpolicy, social, human rights, environmental, and other areas to affect changes according to their objectives.

Perspectives

Writing this article was a great pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article also lead to rare disease groups contacting me and ultimately to a greater involvement in rare disease research.
