What is it about?

“Cyber-war” ranges from ICT (Information and Communication Technology) attacks to military infrastructures like air defense systems, support to conventional operations, interception of video feeds of drones, to direct intrusions in telephony, banking, and computer networks and also includes Information Operations. Cyber-warfare is an evolutionary major step in the historic process of development of war technologies, and “cyber” is now an autonomous operational warfare domain
